Rated ‘Good’ by CQC
In 2015 the CQC inspected all our services and sites and rated the overall quality of our services as ‘Good’ – putting us in the top five mental health and learning disability trusts around the country.
2016 Staff Survey
The survey shows that we, as an organisation, are making progress and are on the right track with our staff having the highest score in mental health and learning disabilities nationally for staff motivation at work for the second year running. We also had the highest score for quality of appraisals and non-mandatory training and development.

In September 2014, the Trust appeared in the Health Service Journal's (HSJ) top 100 list of the best places to work in the health service.

Stonewall Top 100
In 2016 the Trust has appeared in Stonewall's list of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender-friendly employers for the first time since 2013.
